Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA)
Our SDA program is designed for people with complex disabilities or extreme impairments in daily functioning. We ensure that our clients have access to housing options that cater to their specific requirements. Our team of experts works closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring that they have access to the best possible living environment. With our commitment to improving community health, innovation, and collective upliftment, we believe that everyone should have access to housing that enhances their independence and wellbeing.
Medium Term Accomodation (MTA)
Our Medium Term Accommodation (MTA) program provides specialized temporary housing options for people with disabilities who require short-term accommodations. The program caters to those who are waiting for home modifications to be done, leaving hospital, aged care, or a custodial setting, experiencing a breakdown of supports and cannot live in their current home, or waiting for a vacancy to become available in the place where they want to live and have an offer for this place. The program also supports those waiting for new build Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) to be ready and have an offer for this SDA.
Long Term Accommodation (LTA)
Our Long Term Accommodation (LTA) program provides specialized, permanent housing solutions. Our LTA program offers a range of accommodation options that cater to the unique needs and preferences of our clients, ensuring that they have access to safe, comfortable, and supportive living environments. With SkoutCare’s LTA, eligible participants can live independently, pursue their goals, and have access to quality services that fulfill their individual needs.
Supported Independent Living (SIL)
At SkoutCare, we provide Supported Independent Living (SIL) services that cater to people with disabilities who require assistance to live independently in the community. Our SIL program offers personalized support services for daily living tasks such as meal preparation, personal care, and transportation. Our SIL program is designed to cater to both group and individual living arrangements, providing specialized housing options that ensure our clients have access to safe, comfortable, and supportive living environments.
Respite
Our Respite program offers temporary relief for both caregivers and NDIS Participants. Our Respite Accommodation provides numerous benefits for people living with disabilities, including improved personal and life skills, increased independence and functional abilities, and working towards achieving an individual’s NDIS Plan goals.
Emergency Living
We understand that unexpected crises or emergencies can happen at any time. That’s why we offer Crisis/Emergency Living services to provide support for individuals with disabilities who require immediate assistance. Our Crisis/Emergency Living program provides safe, secure, and comfortable accommodation for individuals who need urgent support.
